So right off the bat, I wanted to share with everybody one of our favorite resources for environmental news: the Environmental Working Group at www.ewg.org.
There is SO much information here! From ingredient information to new research reports, agricultural practices to general healthy home tips, EWG is a great source of information for anyone looking to build a healthier lifestyle!
