- Creating an "About Me" is more of a challenge than it seems. A lot to say, but since you don't really know who you’ll be talking to, you aren't certain what would be relevant or interesting. So, generalities it often is :-)... but that can be BORING and predictable. I’ll try to avoid that, lol. My interests listed say a lot about me, but here's just a bit more... Mom, wife, daughter, sister, church youth-group leader, musician (not professional by any means), and business owner. I am energized by speaking with people, enjoy reading personal development and leadership books, love camping and outdoor activities, DO NOT love air conditioning, and think that lightly toasted Ezekiel bread with home made apple butter is the best treat ever! I do love popcorn, but I prefer it popped in a pot on the stove, (I NEVER eat microwaved popcorn… eeeek!) with real butter, a little salt and also some black pepper! Really… it’s good J.
